Gretchen Newman Creaser, A.S., LMT, LE is a Massage Therapy and
Therapeutic Bodywork graduate of River Valley Community College
and a graduate of Esthetics from Empire Beauty School.
She is dual licensed in Massage Therapy and Esthetics in the state of New Hampshire
and is a massage therapy instructor at The American Academy of Health and Beauty.
Gretchen is a local business owner of Beauty and The Body, where she focuses on wholistic skincare, restorative massage, and Maya abdominal therapy.

She is passionate about helping her primarily female based clientele understand
their bodies better while on an ever unfolding journey of health and healing.
In addition to her certificates in esthetics and massage, she has an Associates of Science degree in Health Sciences.
She is also a certified herbalist with over 10 years of experience growing, creating, and studying herbal medicine.

Gretchen is known in her community for providing restorative offerings that weave science and
ancient healing wisdom while helping women achieve healthy skin and optimal digestive &
reproductive system function through her wholistic model of care.
She has advanced bodywork training in Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy,
Kinesiology Tapping, Dr. Vodder School® Lymphatic Drainage, Barral Visceral Manipulation,
Fire Cupping, MyoFascial Release, Acupressure, and Gua-Sha.

Gretchen hopes to continue advancing the credibility of massage therapy &
bodywork in the United States through her active participation in case-study reports
that are contributed to the ongoing research through the Massage Therapy Foundation.

In her free time she is an avid equestrian and enjoys studying equine bodywork
with a dream to help horses become pain free and fully expressed in their athletic ability.
She also loves to spend time in nature with her wolf-dog Mira and enjoy’s simply being at home snuggling her cats on her rest days.
